Practising previous years’ question papers is one such exercise

Stay healthy: This is most important as well as most neglected aspect of exams. You cannot afford to be vanished of all your energy in exam days. Pre-exam days are very delicate for they can change everything and mostly in negative manner if you don’t take care of your health properly. Don’t overeat and don’t let hunger take over you as a new normal. Sleep well. Maintain limited and peaceful walking habits.

Regulate and regularise yourself: Exam days need some changes and in order to cater to those changes, it is required to regulate your life style, that is, you’ll be doing things you don’t do, often, otherwise.
